The same-day promise
Start by noon Pacific on a weekday (holidays excluded) with a new domain from us, and your site is live that same day, or your next month is free. Time spent waiting on your own page approvals doesn't count.
Domains at our cost
We make our money from your monthly plan, not from domains. You pay what your domain costs us, plus the card processing fee, and nothing more.
- Yearly plans: your first year is free for .com and other common extensions. If you choose a pricier extension, you pay only the difference, and you'll see it before you choose.
- Already own a domain? Use it. We'll show you exactly what to change.
Add-ons
- Extra mailboxes: $2 a month each, or $24 a year on yearly plans
- Another site: $12 a month, plus its domain
- Staff help: if our AI can't make a change your plan covers, a person on our team makes it for you, free. For work beyond your plan, it's $49 a request, and larger jobs are quoted before any work starts.
- Coming soon: online booking, payments and donations, an online store, a blog, email marketing, social media posts, a visitor assistant, a managed site service, and a professional design polish (expected October). Each is priced when it arrives.
For nonprofits
Nonprofits keep the founding discount permanently, whenever they join. Tax exempt? Upload your exemption certificate at checkout, and once it's verified, we won't charge sales tax.
Questions
- Does it cost anything to try?
- No. Your home page is designed free. You pay only if you want to keep going.
- Will my price go up?
- Our prices follow our costs. If they change, you'll get at least 30 days' notice by email, and the new price starts at your next renewal. Founding customers always keep the same discount below the regular price.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime. Monthly plans run to the end of the month you've paid for. Yearly plans are fully refunded within 14 days, minus the domain once it's registered.
- What if I leave?
- Your words, photos, and data are yours to download anytime. You also get a copy of your finished site after three paid months, or right away on a yearly plan. Your domain is yours, and you can move it whenever you like.
- What if my business outgrows a website?
- InstantImpact builds the custom software that comes next, like your own booking system or customer portal, and your site moves over with nothing lost.
- Will there be ads on my site?
- Never.
