Acceptable use policy
Version 1, effective September 30, 2026
In short
Sites on InstantImpact Live must be legal, honest, and safe. We do not host illegal content, scams, hate, harassment, malware, or adult content, and we do not serve political campaigns, government bodies, or schools handling student information. Breaking these rules can get a site suspended or removed. This policy is a first version and is being reviewed.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything on your site, your mailboxes, and your use of InstantImpact Live.
Your site and email may not
- Break any law, or help anyone else break one.
- Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights, or use photos of people without their permission.
- Deceive people: no scams, fake businesses, fake reviews, impersonation, phishing, or misleading claims about health, money, or results.
- Contain or link to child sexual abuse material. We report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, as the law requires.
- Contain sexually explicit material, or sell or promote sexual services.
- Promote violence, terrorism, or hate against people because of who they are, or harass, threaten, or bully anyone.
- Sell or promote illegal drugs, weapons sold illegally, or other goods or services that are illegal where they are offered.
- Share other people's private information without permission.
- Contain malware, or attack, probe, or overload any system, including ours.
- Send spam. Email must follow the CAN-SPAM Act: only to people who agreed to hear from you, with a working way to unsubscribe.
- Use the service to build a competing service, or try to copy our AI instructions, building blocks, or design methods.
Who we do not serve
We do not offer InstantImpact Live to political campaigns or committees, government bodies, or schools that handle student information. Our AI recognizes these during setup and explains that they are not supported.
No custom code
Sites are built from our building blocks. You may not add your own code or code from other services to your site. If you need something our building blocks do not cover, our team may be able to help as a paid service.
What happens if a site breaks these rules
We may remove content, suspend a site, mailbox, or account, or close it, immediately and without notice when the risk is serious. Where we can, we will tell you what was wrong and how to fix it. We keep records of reports and the actions we take, and we cooperate with law enforcement as the law requires.
Reporting a problem
To report a site or email that breaks these rules, email support@instantimpact.io with the address of the site and what is wrong. For copyright problems, see our Copyright Policy.
