Accessibility statement
Version 1, effective September 30, 2026
In short
We want everyone to be able to use InstantImpact Live and the sites we build. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. If something does not work for you, tell us and we will fix it. This statement is a first version and is being reviewed.
Our standard
We aim for InstantImpact Live, and every site we build for our customers, to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Pages work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus and a link to skip to the content.
- Text and controls have strong color contrast, and pages work when text is enlarged.
- Images have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Forms have clear labels and explain any problem in plain words.
- Pages work on phones, tablets, and computers, and respect a preference for reduced motion.
- We test with automated checks and by hand.
What may not work yet
Some parts of the service are new, and we may have missed something. Photos and words that customers add to their own sites are their responsibility, and we help them describe their photos.
Tell us about a problem
If anything on InstantImpact Live or on a site we built is hard to use, email support@instantimpact.io with the page address and what happened. We answer weekdays from 9 to 5 Pacific, and we will tell you how and when we will fix it. If you need information in another format, we will provide it.
