Everything you sell is in Sales, then Products and inventory.
Photos: add several photos to each product, the same way as your site's photos. Choose Adjust the crop to pick the part that shows; the photo you sent is kept as it was. The first photo shows first everywhere: in your shop, the cart, orders, and emails. Each choice (a size or a color) can show one of the product's photos.
With the online store on, each product also has a Selling online section:
- What kind of product it is: something you send or hand over, a download, something sold online but never shipped (like a voucher or a ticket), or a bundle of your products sold together at one price.
- What it is, for sales tax: we choose the usual one for its kind; change it if it's, say, an e-book or software.
- Options with extra charges: things like gift wrap or engraving that customers add. They change the price, not your stock.
- Pre-orders and backorders: a date it's available from, so people can order it before then, and whether to take orders when it's out of stock.
- Least and most per order.
- Weight and box, for shipping, in Ounces and inches or Metric (grams or kilograms, and centimeters), whichever you use for that product. Choose Estimate it for me and we fill them in from the product's name and description for you to check.
- Categories for your shop, and related products, shown on the product's page and suggested in the cart.
- A download's file (up to 1 GB), and if you like, how many times it can be downloaded and how many days the link works.
Each choice of a product (each size or color) can have a sale price, charged between the sale dates you set, online and in person.
To add or change many products at once, use Spreadsheet: download your products, change them in any spreadsheet app, and choose the file. You see what would change before anything does.
