When the AI can't make a change

Sometimes the AI can't do what you asked. When that happens, the AI tells you which of these applies before anything happens:

• A change your plan covers (moving a section, changing a color, rewording a heading, and so on): a person on our team makes it for you, free, usually the same business day.
• Work beyond your plan (adding code or a widget from another service, or a large content job like typing in a long price list from paper): our team can do it for $49 a request if you tap Yes, ask them, and larger jobs are quoted before any work starts.

You'll never be charged without saying yes first. Our team works weekdays, 9 to 5 Pacific.
