When customers can order

• As soon as possible: shown while you're open, ready in about your preparation time.
• Later: every 15 minutes during your opening hours, from today up to the days ahead you set.

Times come from your weekly opening hours, so keep them up to date in Settings, then Business details. Orders are taken only for times you're open. Without weekly hours, there's no way to tell when you're open, so customers can't order until you add them.
