For cabins, rooms, and other stays, your prices can include weekend and busy-season rates, extra guests, pets, and a cleaning fee, with the fewest and most nights you take. Under Services, rooms, and classes you set how many guests and pets each unit holds, and you can offer extras during a stay, such as breakfast or a late checkout: alongside stays, or only with a stay.

If you also list your units on other sites, keep your calendars in step so nobody books the same night twice:

  1. Go to Schedule, then Calendar sync. Under Listing sites, paste each listing site's calendar address (from its calendar export or sync settings). Its bookings block those nights here.
  2. Copy this unit's address and paste it into the listing site's calendar import, so bookings here block those nights there.

We check every 15 minutes.
