We'd be sorry to see you go, but everything that's yours stays yours:
- Your domain is registered in your name. To move it to another company, email support@instantimpact.io from the email address on your account for your transfer code (we'll confirm it's you first), and give it to your new domain company.
- Your email address comes with your domain. Set up mailboxes with your new provider, point your domain's email to them, and copy your messages over (Google and Microsoft both have free import tools). You'll have 30 days after your plan ends.
- Your content: ask us for your words, photos, and data anytime. After three paid months, or anytime on a yearly plan, we can also send you a copy of your finished site. We deliver the files, but some features depend on our service (such as contact forms, mailing list signups, visitor statistics, and member-only pages) and won't work elsewhere without changes.
