Go to Sales, then Invoices, and choose New invoice.
- Choose someone you already know, or type a name and email.
- Add what it's for: type a line, or add one of your products. Each line can have its own tax.
- Add a coupon or a one-off discount if you like, a due date, and a note.
- Choose Save and email it.
Or just describe it: under Describe an invoice, write something like "Invoice the Hendersons $1,200 for the deck repair, due in 30 days" and choose Draft it. We fill in the invoice for you to check. Prices come only from what you write, and we ask for anything missing. Nothing is sent until you save or email it.
Your customer gets an email with a private link. They see how it adds up on your own site and pay by card on Stripe's secure page, or with a gift card. You can also record cash or a check yourself, and refund any amount.
