Go to Marketing, then Coupons, or just ask: "make a 10% off coupon for spring". A coupon can be a percentage or dollars off, with start and end dates, a limit on how many times it's used, a minimum total, and which products or services it's for. You decide whether it can be used with a one-off discount. Coupons show as their own line in the price.
