Why can't my booking form ask about health?

To protect your customers' privacy, booking forms can't ask about anyone's health. Questions about pets, such as whether a pet's vaccines are up to date, are fine.

We check each question's wording when it's saved, so now and then a harmless question may be turned away because of a word in it. If that happens, try different words, for example "Is there anything we should know before your visit?"
