- Your plan renews automatically, yearly or monthly, until you cancel. Domains and extra mailboxes renew with your account.
- Price changes: if a price changes, we email you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
- To cancel, email support@instantimpact.io from the email address on your account. Monthly plans run to the end of the month you've paid for. Yearly plans are fully refunded within 14 days, minus the domain once it's registered.
- When your plan ends, your site goes offline. You have 30 days to ask us for your words, photos, and data, and your mailboxes keep working for 30 days so you can copy your messages.
